Attempted kidnapping reported
From WCNC-TV...
A six year-old boy was nearly abducted Sunday afternoon (10.11.2009)as he walked near his home, according to the child's father.
Lt. Cody Luke confirmed the Union County Sheriff's Office was investigating the 1:45 p.m. incident in The Reserve subdivision near New Town and Crane Roads.
