Location, Location, Location

Orchid Hill is conveniently located in South Charlotte and is minutes from two major shopping malls (SouthPark and Carolina Place) as well as Charlotte Douglas International Airport, and Uptown Charlotte via I-485 and I-77.

Construction of Orchid Hill first began in 1995, and the homes are built by Saussy-Burbank (to the west of Orchid Hill Lane) and Centex (to the East of Orchid Hill Lane).

There are 110 homes in the neighborhood.
