New Trash Pickup Day

Starting in July, trash pickup in Orchid Hill is Tuesday

Effective July 4, the trash pick-up day in Orchid Hill is TUESDAY.

The change in day from Monday comes as a result of the city trying to reallocate resources to keep pace with the explosive growth in the Ballantye area of South Charlotte.

The change in day applies to trash, recyclables, and yard waste.

Curbside garbage pickup will occur on July 4th, despite the holiday.
